  产品介绍： TSXDMZ16DTK

    应用广泛：RS232转PROFIBUS总线桥,凡具有RS232接口、用户能够得到接口通信协议的现场设备，都可以使用本产品实现现场设备与PROFIBUS主站的互连。如：变频器、电机启动保护装置、智能高低压电器、电量测量装置、各种变送器、智能现场测量设备及仪表等等,都可以使用该RS232转PROFIBUS总线桥。

    应用简单：用户根据本手册提供的应用实例，可以在短时间内实现RS232转PROFIBUS连接通信。

    透明通信：PBRS232-K20是通用型通信产品，可实现PROFIBUS主站与设备之间通信报文的透明传输。

    通用性强：PBRS232-K20接口产品与设备通信协议无关。设备通信协议由PROFIBUS主站编程实现。本手册附有STEP 7编程实现通信协议的实例可供参考。

    相关产品：对于一些开放的、应用广泛的通信协议，如MODBUS协议，本公司另有产品来实现PROFIBUS到这些设备的透明通信。

    RS232转PROFIBUS总线桥技术指标

    ⑴ PROFIBUS-DP/V0协议，符合GB/T 20540-2006：测量和控制数字数据通信工业控制系统用现场总线的第3部分PROFIBUS规范；

    ⑵ 标准PROFIBUS-DP驱动接口, 波特率自适应，最大波特率12M；

    ⑶ PROFIBUS 输入/输出数量可自由设定，最大输入/输出: <1> Input Bytes + Output Bytes ≤ 232 Bytes； <2> Max Input Bytes ≤224 Bytes；<3> Max Output Bytes ≤224 Bytes；

    ⑷ 标准RS232接口，半双工； 字符格式：7位/8位可选、校验位(偶、奇、无)可选；波特率：300、600、1200、2400、4800、9600、19.2K、38.4K、57.6K可选；RS232主/从设备可选；

    ⑸ RS232最大通信报文长度：发送230字节或接收230字节；

    ⑹ 供电：10—30V直流宽压供电，最大功率3.5W；

    ⑺ 工作环境温度：-20～65℃, 湿度≤95%；

    ⑻安装：35mm导轨；

    ⑼防护等级：IP40。
